A range of accommodation options are available, and a selection of each have been reserved and are available at a discount rate (until 10th February 2017) on a first-come basis. Note, that the conference commences with a BBQ at 6pm on Monday 17th April, and concludes before lunch, following the Uluru Sunrise Viewing, on Friday 21st April. Hence, accommodation will typically only be required arriving Monday 17th April and departing Friday 21st April. Accommodation has only been reserved for these dates, and if you wish to stay outside these dates we advise you to book as soon as possible. AP@R is taking place in a school holiday period, immediately following Easter, and so we advise delegates to book their accommodation as early as possible. Please also note the payment and cancellation policies provided below.

All bookings must be guaranteed at time of booking by credit card and full payment for accommodation will be charged to the individual credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
Arrival/departure details must be supplied no later than 7 days prior to arrival (or supplied at time of booking inside 7 days of travel)
Voyages may, at its option, cancel any booking not guaranteed by a credit card. If so, the cancellation fees specified below may, at Voyages option, be payable by the participant as if the participant had cancelled the booking
