Chapter 12

Data sets

We consider experiments in which the response depends on one or two categorical factors. The emphasis is on balanced designs, in which all factor combinations are replicated the same number of times, and analysis of variance is used as the first step for the analysis. Least significant differences is used as a follow up procedure.
