About Me
I am a Senior Lecturer in Pure Mathematics at the University of Adelaide. I currently hold a Discovery Early Career Researcher Award (DECRA) Fellowship, which commenced in 2016. Previously I have held an Australian Postdoctoral Fellowship.
From 2010-2012, I was a postdoctoral research associate at the Australian National University.
In 2010, I completed my DPhil in Mathematics at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Professor Nigel Hitchin. In my DPhil thesis G2-Geometry and Integrable Systems, I studied some appearances of the exceptional Lie group G2 within differential geometry and integrable systems. Since then I have worked on various topics including the moduli space of Higgs bundles, gauge theory on contact 5-manifolds, generalised complex geometry, T-duality and twisted K-theory.
I am a member of the Institute for Geometry and Its Applications at the University of Adelaide. I am also a member of the NSF funded research network Geometric Structures and Representation Varieties.
