I am an ARC Discovery Early Career Research Award (DECRA) Fellow in the School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Adelaide. Before my fellowship, I was a Lecturer in Applied Mathematics.

My main research is in stochastic modelling applied to problems in biology. Within this, my main interests are in epidemic, evolutionary and ecological dynamics. More details can be found in the Research section.

I am also an Associate Investigator in the ARC Centre of Excellence for Mathematical and Statistical Frontiers ACEMS and an affiliated researcher in PRISM2.

Code for some of my work is part of the open source EpiStruct project.
